Or do we simply want to be chose? It's a question many of us ask after an argument, during a quiet moment, or when a relationship feels different than it once did.
Can two people truly love each other and still struggle to make the relationship work?
We're often told that love conquers all. but if that were always true, heartbreak wouldn't exist. Sometimes love is still present, yet communication has faded. Trust becomes fragile. Emotional safety disappears. Two people can be fighting for the same relating while speaking completely different emotional languages.
Maybe that's why some relationships don't end because love disappeared.
Maybe they end because someone stopped feeling seen.
Stopped feeling heard.
Stopped feeling chosen.
Love isn't measure only by grand gestures or passionate declarations. it's found in the everyday moments – the willingness to listen before reacting to apologize without keeping score, to offer grace instead of assumptions. and to remember that the person you love is your partner, nor your opponent.
So today, I leave you with this question:
Have you ever loved someone with your whole heart, yet still wondered if love alone was enough to keep the relationship alive?
If this reflection resonated with you, I invite you jot continue the conversation on my Patreon, where we explore these questions on a deeper, more personal level through exclusive reflections, discussions, and audio messages.
